Operations Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented student intern to join our Operations Department. The intern will provide support in daily operations, focusing on process efficiency, inventory monitoring, and supply chain assistance. The role will expose the student to practical applications of operations management and supply chain concepts in a real-world business environment

• Assisting in simple data encoding and updating of Google Sheets-based templates for inventory, production, and sales.
• Helping organize files and documents related to process workflows.
• Supporting inventory monitoring by recording and checking basic entries.
• Assisting in supply chain tasks such as tracking delivery schedules or listing supplier information.
• Helping in basic data checking (e.g., duplicates, missing information) to improve accuracy.
• Performing other light duties that will provide exposure to process engineering and operations support.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in BS Industrial Engineering, BSBA major in Operations Management, BSBA major in Supply Chain or Logistics Management, or BS Management Engineering.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn new processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Highly motivated and adaptable to perform a variety of support tasks.
