Job Summary

The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the human resources department and helps ensure smooth HR operations. This role involves maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and supporting various HR functions such as onboarding, payroll, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment process (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, screening candidates)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Handle employee documentation, contracts, and files
  • Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Help organize training sessions, meetings, and company events
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
