We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our growing team in the construction industry. If you have a strong background in handling heavy equipment, company vehicles, and various types of construction machinery, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, backhoes, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues on company vehicles (pickups, trucks, service vans)
• Ensure all equipment and vehicles are operating in peak condition and meet safety standards
• Coordinate with project and operations teams for immediate repairs and preventive maintenance schedules

Qualifications:

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in the construction or industrial sector
• Expertise in diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical diagnostics
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• TESDA NC II or equivalent certification is a plus
• Willing to work onsite and on-call when needed
