ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a fast-growing, well-funded tech startup building its first customer support team. They're hiring Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) to support their rapidly growing user base for an AI-powered tool that's transforming how developers write code.
Requirements
As a member of the Customer Support team, you’ll handle support tickets. The company is operating at high speed, so the ability to stay organized and work independently is key.
The ideal candidate will have a background in or familiarity with STEM-related industries such as tech, SaaS, data, IT services, engineering, or scientific tools and platforms.
A paid training program, expected to last around 2 to 3 weeks, is scheduled to start on July 28, 2025.
What We're Looking For:
- Skilled Customer Support Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in a support or client-facing role, with background in or familiarity with STEM-related industries such as tech, SaaS, data, IT services, engineering, or scientific tools and platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Based in the Philippines
- Able to work overnight PH shifts
- Have a reliable computer and a consistent internet connection
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail
- Able to thrive under pressure
- Sharp, quick-thinking, and highly motivated
- Comfortable navigating the ambiguity and fast-paced nature of a startup environment and working with minimal guidance

Role Overview:
- Work Schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time
- Competitive salary of Php 50,000 - Php 55,000 / month, paid semi-monthly
- Additional benefits including health insurance and bonuses coming in 2025
