Junior Production Operator – Tagoloan Plant

Join our team and support production operations across various technologies including solvent-based sealants and adhesives, water-based products, epoxy, and more. Reporting to the Supervisor/Assistant Manager, you’ll help ensure 100% production targets are met through machine operation, maintenance, packing, and process monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain production machines
Monitor product quality and production flow
Prepare raw and packaging materials
Ensure accurate records and housekeeping
Observe safety protocols and wear PPE
Support troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
