• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: ₱18,000 - ₱30,000 per month

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a
• related field.
• At least 3-5 years of proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the
• food or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong background in sourcing raw materials, packaging supplies, and food-grade
• ingredients.
• Experience working with suppliers/vendors compliant with food safety standards.
• Existing network of reliable suppliers and vendors in the food manufacturing or related
• industries.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Identify purchasing needs and develop procurement strategies
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand
• Track market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly
• Prepare reports on procurement activities and cost analyses
• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
