Sr. MEPFS Design Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior MEPFS Design Engineer to lead the design, planning, and coordination of Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection, and HVAC systems for subdivision and high-rise development projects.

The role is responsible for preparing engineering designs, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and reviewing, signing, and sealing engineering plans in compliance with Philippine engineering codes and regulatory standards.

• Prepare engineering designs, layouts, and calculations for Plumbing, Sanitary, Fire Protection, and HVAC systems.
• Design MEPFS systems for residential subdivisions, mid-rise, and high-rise developments.
• Perform hydraulic calculations, load calculations, and system sizing.
• Review, sign, and seal engineering plans and technical documents as required by regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with the National Plumbing Code, Fire Code of the Philippines, Mechanical Code, and Electrical Code where applicable.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and project teams during design development.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and contractor design submissions.
• Provide technical support during construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Assist in permit applications and regulatory submissions.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Must be a Licensed Engineer in the Philippines:
• Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME), or
• Licensed Sanitary Engineer, or
• Registered Electrical Engineer (REE)
• Master Plumber License – Advantage
• 5–10 years of experience in MEPFS design
• Experience in subdivision and high-rise building projects
• Strong knowledge of Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection, and HVAC systems design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar engineering design software
• Knowledge of Philippine building codes and engineering standards
