Medicaid Billing Specialist (Claim Preparations & Submissions) - Quezon City

Compensation: Php 30,000–33,000 per month

We’re seeking a meticulous and dependable Medical Billing Specialist to join our team on-site in Ortigas. In this role, you’ll help ensure claims are filed accurately and promptly, uphold regulatory standards, and drive a high clean-claim rate by minimizing billing errors.

Overall responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and submit insurance claims in accordance with payer guidelines and billing schedules
• Verify completeness and precision of claim data—coding, provider credentials, service dates, and modifiers
• Review claims for compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and other payer-specific regulations
• Confirm appropriate taxonomy and procedure codes to reduce rejections
• Maintain a consistently high clean‑claim submission rate by thorough claim pre‑validation
• Ensure adherence to internal protocols, payer rules, and healthcare regulations
• Keep well‑organized billing files, documentation, and logs
• Monitor trends, flag potential issues, and suggest improvements in billing workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing procedures and boost efficiency
• Participate in audits and support quality assurance initiatives
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned

• Previous medical billing or healthcare billing experience preferred
• Experience in customer-centric roles is a plus
• Exceptional time management, follow-up, and communication abilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
