Schedule: Monday Saturday, 8 am 5 pm EST (8 pm 5 am Manila Time) includes 1 hr unpaid break

About the Role:

We are seeking a detailoriented, techsavvy Customer Service Agent to join our growing support team. This is a projectbased role, with agents starting in September 2025 and will continue until December 2025. The ideal candidate has a strong command of English, excellent Excel skills, and prior experience working with Shopify or other ecommerce order management systems.

Youll be responsible for ensuring outstanding service to our customers across various sales platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasionally phone
  • Use Excel to organize and import order data accurately into fulfillment systems
  • Process and track orders using Shopify and Veracore OMS, along with platform specific tools like OrderDesk
  • Monitor tickets in Gorgias and route them per internal SOPs
  • Manage order changes, returns, replacements, and personalization updates
  • Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Follow platformspecific procedures (e.g., Amazon, Etsy, Wayfair, Walmart)
  • Handle tracking inquiries and backorder communications
  • Document all interactions and resolutions clearly and professionally

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in ecommerce
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., filters, pivot tables, CSV imports)
  • Experience with Shopify is strongly preferred; knowledge of other OMS or WMS platforms a plus
  • Familiarity with Gorgias or other helpdesk platforms
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Selfmotivated with excellent time management and problemsolving skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment

Preferred Experience (a plus, but not required):

  • Handling Etsy, Amazon, or Wayfair customer service
  • Using Veracore OMS or OrderDesk
