What will you do as a Business Support Coordinator?
As a Business Support Coordinator, you will deliver seamless and professional administrative assistance across the directorate. With a focus on accuracy, collaboration and continuous improvement, your contributions will support streamline processes, maintain clear communication channels and ensure successful delivery of high‑quality products and services that support our strategic goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading day-to-day business support and communications with designated team
- Managing administrative services including processing contracts, purchase orders and meeting management
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, providing accurate and up-to-date guidance
- Maintaining and updating trackers, dashboards and documentation
- Supporting teams across the directorate, including deputising for colleagues and assisting during peak periods

- Expertise in Outlook and Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Experience of administration or coordination in a complex setting
