Job Description: Marketing Assistant / Graphic Artist

Position Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Assistant / Graphic Artist to support our marketing initiatives by creating engaging visual content and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for design, branding, and digital marketing, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics for social media, digital advertisements, websites, email campaigns, and printed marketing materials.
• Design promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, posters, and product catalogues.
• Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines.
• Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other visual assets as needed.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Create and schedule social media content across various platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop marketing materials for new products and promotions.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing strategies.

• Develop engaging visual and written content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in writing captions, promotional copy, and marketing communications.
• Help maintain and update marketing content across digital platforms.

• Organise and maintain digital marketing files and design assets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and external vendors for the production of marketing materials.
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva. Knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of social media marketing and digital marketing principles.
• Strong visual design skills with a creative portfolio.
• Basic knowledge of current technology trends, including laptops, desktop computers, smartphones, computer peripherals, and accessories.
• Ability to create marketing materials for technology products and communicate product features effectively.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn emerging marketing, design, and technology trends.

• Photography and basic video editing.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of content planning and social media analytics.
• Experience using AI-powered design or marketing tools is an advantage.
