1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other digital channels
2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
3. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
4. Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines
6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
7. Fluency in English and Filipino
