Multiple CPA Openings - Remote (Full-Time)

Compensation: Up to $12/hr (based on role and experience)

We are hiring Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and accounting professionals to join our growing remote finance team. With multiple positions available, we’re looking for detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and highly motivated individuals who can deliver accurate financial insights, ensure compliance, and support global clients across industries.

1. Remote Accountant (CPA Required)

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and assist with tax preparation.
• Collaborate with clients to provide accurate and timely reporting.

1. Accounting & Budget Analyst

• Support the development and management of the annual budget.
• Analyze and monitor expenses, identifying variances and providing actionable insights.
• Perform journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and account maintenance.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for executives and program directors.
• Strong QuickBooks Online and Excel skills required.

Preferred: 5+ years of accounting/finance experience.

1. Senior CPA

• Lead complex accounting operations including month-end and year-end close.
• Oversee preparation and review of tax returns (corporate, partnership, individual).
• Provide strategic financial advice to clients and internal teams.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and implement internal controls.
• Mentor and supervise junior accountants.

Requirements: Active CPA license + 5+ years leadership-level experience.

1. Accounting Tech Stack & Implementation Lead

• Lead evaluation, selection, and rollout of accounting/ERP platforms (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, Gusto, etc.).
• Oversee data migration, system setup, testing, and go-live support.
• Build accounting dashboards and automate reporting workflows.
• Conduct client training and support process improvement initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting technology trends and recommend improvements.

Requirements: 5+ years in accounting operations or system implementation.

1. Senior Accountant (CPA Preferred)

• Handle full-cycle accounting across multiple clients.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and management reports.
• Support tax preparation and compliance filings.
• Communicate with clients regularly to clarify discrepancies and improve reporting accuracy.
• Mentor junior accountants and review their work.

1. Remote Accountant / Bookkeeper

• Own and manage QuickBooks Online for multiple entities.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for bank, credit card, and loan accounts.
• Prepare financial statement packages, variance reports, and budget forecasts.
• Handle payroll data, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
• Familiarity with Mariana Tek, Stripe, or Paychex is a plus.

Rate: Up to $10/hr

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation (required for some roles; preferred for others).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
