Responsible for ensuring that all computers, peripherals, internet and VPN connections are in good working order and are regularly maintained.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users experiencing hardware and software issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to IT infrastructure and systems.
• Maintain and manage computer systems, networks, and database systems.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new IT equipment and software.
• Document support interactions and solutions for future reference and training.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 2-5 years of experience in IT technical support or related roles.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS, familiarity with networking concepts, and understanding of IT security principles.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.Graduate of BS Information Technology
• Strong knowledge on installation and troubleshooting of computer for both harware and software
• Strong knowledge in IP, Internet and networking
• Basic knowledge in Windows Server and ERP experience
• Able to adapt and flexible to change, ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication skills
