• Provide expert consultancy for regional network construction initiatives and offer project advisory support, with a focus on refining and optimizing project execution strategies.
• Represent as a subject matter expert during multi-party consortium negotiations, ensuring strategic interests are effectively articulated.
• Identify and explore collaboration opportunities to advance wireless and transmission network development, leveraging a deep understanding of industry trends and technical requirements.
• Advise on project delivery, including aspects of MSS project support, ensuring that processes align with quality and timeline expectations without assuming direct management responsibilities.
• Serve as a key consultancy resource for communicating with local O&M staff and vendors during the construction and maintenance phases, facilitating clear and effective interactions.
• Provide expert guidance on quality control processes, covering areas such as civil works, TE installation, OSP, and DC, to ensure adherence to technical and safety standards.
• Advise on project budgeting strategies in collaboration with department leaders, ensuring that financial plans support project objectives and sustainable outcomes.
• Perform other consultancy tasks as assigned by leadership, ensuring high-quality support and adherence to operational standards.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of corporate branch experience in a senior-level role within a corporate environment
• At least 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
• Proven 10 years of involvement in project execution and coordination
• Not subject to any non-compete or non-disclosure agreements with direct competitors
• Strong ability to analyze complex situations, exercise sound judgment, and offer effective solutions
• Demonstrates a target-driven mindset and can proactively identify potential project risks
• Familiar with permit-related processes for site and OSP (Outside Plant) work in the Philippines
• Exceptional skills in communication, collaboration, coordination, and negotiation
• Proficient in MS Office and other standard office software
• Committed to a hardworking attitude, continuous learning, and multi-cultural awareness
• Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to speak and write effectively for global collaboration
