Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Audit & Reporting Analyst to support international clients in audit reporting, financial analysis, and bookkeeping.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, organizing information into clear reports, and contributing to process improvements. You will play a key role in transforming raw data and meeting discussions into structured, client-ready outputs.
Work Schedule- Midshift (PH time)
Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Prepare and expand internal audit reports based on meeting discussions
- Convert meeting notes into structured:
- Findings
- Recommendations
- Process documentation
- Ensure reports are clear, well-organized, and client-ready
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in bookkeeping and financial transaction processing
- Perform account reconciliations and basic financial checks
- Support audit procedures and controls testing
- Conduct analytical reviews of financial data
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- At least 2–3 years experience in accounting, audit, or similar roles
- Background in Accounting, Finance, or Business (degree preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in report writing, documentation, or data analysis
- Microsoft Excel (data handling, basic formulas)
- Microsoft Word (report formatting)
- Microsoft PowerPoint (presentation support)
- Experience with accounting software is a plus
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Organized and structured in documentation
