I. Responsibilities:

Inspect finished/semi-finished products per plan and document results.
Execute sampling protocols during production; label product status (e.g., enhanced sampling for trial products).
Analyze, confirm, report, and track quality issues; drive defect reduction.
Verify and control in-process material/product quality (e.g., identifying defective/qualified items).
Assist in customer complaint analysis, tracing, resolution, and prevention.
Consolidate inspection results/reports and maintain records.

II. Requirements

2+ years of QC experience; familiar with inspection procedures.
Strong Responsibility, able to follow guidelines strictly.
Skilled in using calipers, power stabilizers, frequency converters, etc.
Proficient in Office software.
