[URGENT] Full-Stack Developer (MVP Builder) - Fully Remote
About the Role
BOSS Solutions is seeking a Full-Stack Developer with proven MVP or startup-building experience to develop a talent-matching web platform using modern low-code and open-source tools for our client.
The platform will allow employers and job seekers to create profiles, post and match to jobs, exchange messages, and move through guided workflow steps.
Our client needs someone who can work independently end-to-end — from design and development to deployment and iteration — while maintaining clean, maintainable code. You’ll collaborate directly with the product team to deliver a fully functional MVP ready for pilot testing.
About the Project
We’re building a web-based talent-matching platform that connects employers and job seekers in a simple, intuitive “dating app”-style experience for hiring. Users can create profiles, get matched based on defined criteria, receive notifications, and chat directly within the platform.
You’ll play a key role in bringing this concept to life — from idea to launch.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop a responsive web application using Lovable, React, or Next.js
- Implement matching logic between job postings and user profiles
- Build secure authentication and user profile management
- Create modules for job posting, candidate matching, and workflow tracking
- Integrate real-time chat, notifications (email/SMS), and file uploads
- Enable bulk data import/export (Excel/CSV)
- Develop an admin dashboard for managing and verifying company profiles
- Deploy and maintain the MVP in a secure cloud environment (AWS, Firebase, or Vercel)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of full-stack web development experience, ideally with MVP or prototype delivery
- Our ideal candidate will have full stack experience using tools such as:
- Frontend: React.js / Next.js / Lovable
- Backend: Node.js (Express / NestJS)
- Database: PostgreSQL or MongoDB or similar
- Experience with Firebase, Twilio, or similar tools for chat, notifications, and authentication
- Preferably comfortable with low-code/no-code platforms (Lovable, Bubble, Retool) for faster rollout
- Solid understanding of workflow automation, matching logic, and onboarding flows
- Experience with RESTful APIs, file uploads, and data imports
- Self-starter who can deliver independently within tight timelines
- Experience building marketplace, dating, or recruitment-style platforms
- Familiarity with AI or automation tools (OpenAI, Zapier, Make.com)
- Experience integrating third-party APIs
- Background in HR Tech, EdTech, or SaaS
