Work Set-up: OnsiteSchedule: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Salary: Php 30,000 to Php 40,000
Position Summary
The IT & Office Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day IT operations, office facilities, workplace readiness, and administrative coordination. The role ensures that all IT systems, office infrastructure, facilities, maintenance activities, housekeeping standards, and operational support functions are properly managed to maintain a safe, organized, efficient, and productive work environment.
This position combines hands-on IT administration with office operations supervision. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically capable, proactive, service-oriented, and able to coordinate multiple operational concerns while ensuring employees are supported in a professional and conducive workplace.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. IT Infrastructure and Technical Support
Network and Connectivity Support
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, wireless access points, and internet connectivity.
- Support LAN, WiFi, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN, and basic firewall configurations.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues affecting users, printers, workstations, and network devices.
- Monitor network performance and coordinate escalation of major network-related concerns.
- Perform basic network cable tracing, testing, and structured cabling support when needed.
- Manage wireless access points, WiFi networks, SSIDs, and access configurations.
- Monitor wireless coverage, connectivity stability, and device performance.
- Troubleshoot wireless interference and connectivity issues across office areas.
- Ensure stable and secure wireless access for employees and guests.
- Support Active Directory administration and user account management.
- Create, update, disable, and maintain domain user accounts and access permissions.
- Assist employees with password resets, login concerns, and access-related troubleshooting.
- Maintain proper records of IT assets, user accounts, and assigned devices.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems, cameras, recording devices, and related network connectivity.
- Ensure cameras and recording systems are functioning properly.
- Assist with playback retrieval and authorized viewing requests when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, upgrades, or replacement of hardware.
- Support biometric systems including enrollment, connectivity, syncing, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with HR/Admin regarding attendance and access-related concerns.
- Ensure biometric devices remain operational and connected.
- Provide technical assistance for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and software-related concerns.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and business applications.
- Respond to IT concerns, support tickets, and operational requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain IT documentation, inventory records, and equipment monitoring.
Office Maintenance and Workplace Readiness
- Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, safe, and fully operational at all times.
- Monitor the condition of workstations, meeting rooms, common areas, pantry areas, and office facilities.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair concerns involving air conditioning, lighting, plumbing, electrical systems, furniture, internet connectivity, and office equipment.
- Conduct regular office inspections to identify and resolve operational or facility-related concerns.
- Coordinate with building administration, contractors, suppliers, and external service providers as needed.
- Supervise housekeeping and office support personnel to ensure office cleanliness and workplace standards are consistently maintained.
- Ensure office areas are presentable, sanitary, and conducive for employees, clients, and visitors.
- Monitor office supplies, pantry supplies, and operational inventory levels.
- Coordinate replenishment and procurement requests when necessary.
- Ensure employees have a functional and conducive working environment.
- Support workstation setup, onboarding preparation, seating arrangements, and office readiness requirements.
- Assist management in monitoring overall office operations and resolving operational concerns promptly.
- Help implement office policies, workplace standards, and operational procedures.
- Ensure office operational concerns are addressed proactively and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internet providers, maintenance vendors, IT suppliers, contractors, and building personnel.
- Monitor completion of maintenance requests and service activities.
- Escalate unresolved operational or facilities concerns to management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related course.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration combined with office operations, facilities coordination, team supervision or similar roles.
- Strong background in technical support and office operational coordination.
- Experience handling office maintenance, facilities coordination, or workplace supervision is preferred.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting, user support, and office systems administration is strictly required.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple operational concerns simultaneously.
- Willing to provide onsite operational and technical support when necessary.

- Familiarity with Windows Server administration

- Experience supervising office operations or facilities support staff
- Familiarity with IT ticketing or monitoring systems
- Knowledge of workplace safety and office facility standards
