Aircon Technician Team Leader/HVAC Team Leader

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid NCII DomRAC (National Certificate II in refrigeration and Air-Conditioning).
• Graduate of HVAC courses or TESDA DomRAC certification or equivalent courses.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in aircon servicng (repair, installation, PMS).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing, leading, and handling people
• Willing to work in Quezon City and supervise teams on-sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads and supervises a team of aircon technicians performing repairs, installations, and maintenance of various client locations.
• Ensures that all tasks are completed properly, efficiently, and on time.
• Ensures all safety protocols and work standards are followed during operations.
• Assists with troubleshooting complex aircon issues and provides solutions as needed.
• Prepares reports on completed tasks, documenting work done, challenges faced, and outcomes, and submits them to management.
