BROKER COORDINATOR (ON-SITE)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Recruit, accredit, and onboard brokers and sellers in accordance with company standards.
2. Conduct product knowledge seminars, sales orientations, and training programs for brokers and sellers.

1. Perform regular visits to realty offices, broker networks, and partner organizations to strengthen relationships and expand the broker base.
2. Manage and maintain professional relationships with clients, brokers, and sellers through online and on-site support.
3. Motivate and assist brokers and sellers in closing sales, and provide support in on-site sales operations in coordination with the Sales Assistant.
4. Oversee the processing, validation, and release of brokers' and sellers' incentives and commissions.

• A minimum of 2 years of real estate sales experience is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Marketing or Business Administration is required for this position.
• Must be residing within or near Las Palmeras Residences, Pandacaqui, Mexico, Pampanga.

1. Manage and respond to all sales inquiries received through email, social media platforms, and phone calls.
2. Process, evaluate, and monitor online and on-site reservations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
3. Actively drive sales performance to achieve and exceed annual, monthly, and weekly targets.
4. Identify and explore new sales opportunities through various marketing and sales channels.
5. Provide support during major sales and marketing activities such as project launches, roadshows, expos, and sellers' awarding events, including on-site reporting when required.

The role primarily supports brokers and sales agents in converting leads into successful reservations and sales, while ensuring the achievement of annual, monthly, and weekly sales targets. This position also plays a key role in strengthening broker relationships and supporting sales operations across multiple channels.

SALARY : 20,000-25,000 PER MONTH plus target based incentives
