Operations Supervisor (South Luzon) - Pest Control

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates with Accounts Coordinator, Operations Manager, and General Manager to ensure that field operations are running smoothly.
• Conduct random IPM audits and prepare corresponding report.
• Ensure that field service technicians are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties.
• Monitors field operations and making necessary adjustments to ensure the following are met.
• Clients provided with timely and commendable service
• Chemicals and other service materials used are well accounted for
• Pest Control service equipment and vehicles are well maintained
• Service technicians are regularly met and observations relative to quality of service rendered safely, proper use of chemicals, equipment and completeness and accuracy of service reports, checklist/s and other related documentation in compliance to company processes or procedures are cascaded
• Investigate incidents and accidents in the field and to take appropriate corrective action
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by the Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With at least 2 years experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in fumigation
• Willingness to travel to different locations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using pest control equipment and software for scheduling and reporting.
