Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Procurement Associate to support the company’s financial and procurement operations. This role will be responsible for assisting in purchasing activities, monitoring financial transactions related to procurement, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with vendors and internal departments to ensure efficient and compliant purchasing processes.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative and financial tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and monitor purchase requests, purchase orders, and procurement documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Source and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Evaluate supplier quotations and recommend cost-effective procurement options.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, receipts, and supplier agreements.
Assist the finance team in processing accounts payable, payment requests, and expense tracking.
Monitor procurement-related expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Prepare and organize financial and procurement documentation for reporting and audit purposes.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of procurement needs.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and company procurement policies.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance and Procurement Department as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in finance, purchasing, or procurement is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills when dealing with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism and integrity.
Willing to work full onsite in Makati City.
