- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate Management, or Business Administration.
- Postgraduate studies preferred (MBA or Master’s in Project Management/Real Estate Development).
- Professional certification: PMP (Project Management Professional).
- Minimum of 5 years in real estate project management, construction, or property development.
- Proven success in delivering mid‑ to large‑scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong background in contract negotiation, vendor management, and compliance.
- Familiarity with Philippine real estate laws, zoning regulations, and building codes.
