- Ensure compliance with customs laws and regulations
- Monitor shipment status and resolve delays or issues
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and transactions
- Communicate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments
- Licensed Customs Broker (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customs Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs brokerage
- Knowledge of Philippine import/export regulations
- Proficient in documentation and customs clearance procedures
