We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Engineering Manager to lead the strategic design, engineering, and operational oversight of our global network infrastructure. This role is critical in driving network stability, scalability, and performance across the enterprise, aligning cutting-edge architectural solutions with evolving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of global networking solutions, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance.
- Oversee the day-to-day operational health of the network environment, proactively identifying and resolving performance and reliability issues.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including security, cloud, and infrastructure, to ensure network solutions meet enterprise standards and compliance requirements.
- Translate business needs into robust and scalable network architecture strategies.
- Mentor and manage a global team of network architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to guide future-state architecture and investment planning.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing and leading global, distributed teams within the networking or network engineering space.
- Strong architectural and hands-on engineering expertise across enterprise network platforms and services.
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering large-scale, complex network solutions.
- Proficiency with Palo Alto, Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications (optional but desirable):
CCNP/CCNA/ Certified Advanced Networking, or equivalent certifications
