About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound sales efforts in the US market for a fast-growing SaaS company. This role is responsible for generating qualified pipeline by engaging decision-makers, booking meetings, and supporting the sales team in closing new business opportunities.

This is an ideal role for someone who is highly driven, confident speaking with senior stakeholders, and experienced in outbound B2B SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) targeting US-based clients
  • Identify and qualify potential customers based on ICP and buying signals
  • Book high-quality meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Manage and maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Personalize outreach messaging to engage prospects effectively
  • Handle objections and nurture leads through the early stages of the sales funnel
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven track record of booking meetings and generating pipeline
  • Experience targeting US or international markets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in speaking with mid- to senior-level decision-makers
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience selling SaaS products or subscription-based services
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft
  • Understanding of consultative or value-based selling
