Finance Operations Analyst (Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A and Operations Analyst to support financial operations, reporting, forecasting, and business analysis. This role combines hands-on accounting operations with strategic financial planning and performance reporting.

• Manage the full Accounts Receivable cycle, including invoicing, collections, account reconciliations, and aging analysis
• Manage the full Accounts Payable cycle, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, approval workflows, and payments
• Maintain accurate financial records within QuickBooks and related finance platforms
• Resolve discrepancies with customers and vendors and support month-end close activities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Calculate and validate sales commissions in accordance with company plans
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations

• Design, build, and maintain financial dashboards and KPI reports
• Support reporting automation and process improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance operations, or FP&A
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
• Exposure to automation tools and workflow optimisation
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages
• Experience building dashboards and business reporting tools
