About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Associate to join the team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative. This is a full-time position based in Pampanga, Central Luzon. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving residential property sales and building strong relationships with potential buyers.Your primary focus will be on identifying client needs, presenting property solutions, and closing sales to achieve company targets. What you'll be doing- Identifying and prospecting potential buyers through various channels including property showings, marketing leads, and referrals
- Conducting property viewings and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits of residential properties
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Providing expert advice on property features, market trends, pricing and financing options to assist clients in making informed decisions
- Preparing and presenting sales proposals and documentation to clients
- Negotiating terms and closing sales transactions within agreed timescales
- Maintaining accurate and organised client records and sales documentation
- Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and contributing to team performance goals
- Collaborating with colleagues, management and other departments to ensure smooth transaction completion
- Staying informed about residential property market developments, competitor offerings and industry best practices
- Proven experience in residential sales, property sales or a similar customer-facing sales role
- Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- In-depth knowledge of the local residential property market in Pampanga and Central Luzon
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- A professional appearance and demeanour with a customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport for property viewings
- Fluency in English and Filipino; additional languages are advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; tertiary qualification in business or real estate is preferred
