The opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Sales Executive to join the Cebu branch of MICRODATA SYSTEMS AND MANAGEMENT, INC. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the company by identifying and securing new business opportunities across the Cebu region.
Key responsibilities- Generate new leads and prospects through effective prospecting and networking activities
- Arrange and conduct client meetings to present the company's products and services
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales and marketing campaigns
- Provide regular progress reports and sales forecasts to the management team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs
- Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the technology or IT services industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think strategically
- Proficient in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Cebuano/Visayan languages
