Digital Marketing & Web Content Specialist (ASEAN)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Digital Marketing & Web Content Specialist to support the development of country-specific websites and drive our digital marketing activities across ASEAN.
This role combines website management, content creation, and online marketing. You will work closely with international stakeholders and contribute to strengthening our regional online presence while ensuring alignment with global corporate design standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, design, and maintain country-specific (sub)webpages under roedl.com based on global guidelines
- Manage and update website content using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar)
- Ensure alignment with corporate identity (CI) and global content standards
- Plan, create, and publish content on LinkedIn (company and local pages)
- Support the setup and management of local LinkedIn accounts across ASEAN
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of digital marketing strategies in the region
- Monitor engagement and performance of online content and suggest improvements
- Assist our offices in the preparation and formatting of presentations and marketing materials in line with corporate design (CI) standards
- Support alignment of publications and marketing materials with brand guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, web content management, or similar roles
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar)
- Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing and LinkedIn content
- Experience in creating designs and formatting presentations (e.g., PowerPoint) in a corporate environment
- Basic knowledge of digital analytics is an advantage
- Proficiency in design tools is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
