Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Jr. & Sr. Social Media Manager to manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for content creation, scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking to help grow brand awareness and engagement.

• Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan and execute a content calendar aligned with brand goals
• Create engaging content (captions, posts, reels, short-form videos)
• Schedule posts using social media management tools
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare basic reports
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and best practices
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams
• Ensure brand voice, tone, and consistency across platforms

• 2+ years experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms
• Experience in content creation and caption writing
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools
• Ability to interpret analytics and insights
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Experience with social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later
• Knowledge of influencer marketing
• Experience working with remote teams or agencies
