Key Responsibilities
- System Design & Development: Create electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLD), and wiring layouts using software like AutoCAD or Revit.
- Calculations & Simulations: Perform critical calculations for load sizing, voltage drop, short-circuit, and protection coordination.
- Equipment Sourcing: Specify and select appropriate electrical components (transformers, switchgear, inverters, and panels).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, and project managers to integrate electrical designs into the overall structure or product.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all designs comply with industry regulations like the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), National Electrical Code (NEC), IEC, or IEEE standards.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Licensing: In the Philippines, holding a Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) or Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) license is highly valued, especially for building and construction projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering software and simulation tools; strong understanding of low and medium-voltage systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Must know how to drive motor and 4 wheels (manual & automatic)
