The Analyst will design and implement data management standards, models, flows, and controls to support business needs, improve data quality, and safeguard information from internal and external risks. Key Responsibilities

• Perform data stewardship and custodianship of customer and sales records.
• Develop, implement, and monitor data management guidelines, standards, and

• Design and maintain data models, flows, dictionaries, and catalogs to ensure

• Manage customer and sales metadata for a unified and integrated view of

• Design and implement data security controls in compliance with data privacy

• Assess and resolve data quality issues; monitor adherence to standards and

• Analyze and recommend improvements to processes and applications to maximize

• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements, align priorities, and

• Conduct impact assessments, data validation, and testing for system changes.
• Provide technical insights and recommendations for regulatory compliance,

• Support users with data interpretation, reporting, and operational concerns.
• Participate in vendor management, proposal evaluation, and vendor selection

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in

• Data stewardship and Customer Information Systems (CIS) management
• Requirements elicitation & documentation
• Definition and development of data standards
• Data assessment, profiling, and modeling
• Gap analysis and remediation planning
• Test planning and quality assurance
• Basic knowledge of BI and analytics tools

• Bachelor’s degree (any field required).
• Preferably with experience as a Data Management Analyst or in a similar role.
• Preferably with experience in Business Intelligence and Business Analytics

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Preferably with experience in project management.
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have passed the Analyst Exam.
