Manila - Senior Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end weekly and monthly payroll processes
• Oversee employee onboarding, time and attendance, leave accruals, and superannuation
• Generate reports and prepare end-of-month payroll for banking
• Adapt and learn Australian payroll regulations and effectively process payroll in Australian Dollars
• Process complex payroll, including allowances, deductions, and calculations
• Take full ownership of the payroll process in a stand-alone role

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in weekly and monthly payroll
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on meeting deadlines
• Proven track record in providing internal customer service
• Experience with Definitiv or similar payroll systems is advantageous
• Experience in processing complex payroll is highly advantageous
• Prior experience in an Australian payroll process is highly advantageous
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to Australian payroll regulations and processes
