EXACT EMPLOYMENT POSITION: MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

• Duties involve managing and coordinating a team of mechanics, overseeing the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of related systems;
• Assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring work is completed according to specifications;
• Plan and organize work to ensure efficient completion of tasks, assign duties appropriately, and monitor progress; report on team performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide updates to senior management.
• Managing budgets, estimating project costs, and tracking expenses;
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity;
• Keeping projects in line with protocol;
• The EMPLOYEE shall include specific technical and problem-solving skills and verbal and written communication;
• The EMPLOYEE shall report to the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, who shall be their immediate supervisor;
• EMPLOYEE shall perform all their assigned by the COMPANY pursuant to the exercise of its management prerogatives or in accordance with the exigency of the business;
• The EMPLOYEE shall strive to meet the company's standard as embodied in the provisions of this contract and those who made known to the employee which standards were made available to the EMPLOYEE at the time of their employment

Qualifications/Requirements

• Male; Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering; a high school diploma or equivalent, combined with extensive experience can also qualify for the position.
• With related work experience in mechanical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting as well as in supervisory or leadership role
• Can speak English and fluent in Mandarin with excellent written and strong oral communication skills.
• Can read and write Chinese characters
• Proven competency in reading, understanding, interpreting blue prints from China
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, design principles, and relevant regulations is crucial.
• Practical experience in leadership, team management, and related areas.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CMMS (computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is required
• Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations and the ability to ensure a safe working environment.
