The Business Development Associate (BDA) is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth for BAI Business Hub. This role involves identifying potential business opportunities, reaching out to prospects, and assisting in the expansion of the company’s market presence especially the business support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Sales Outreach
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels (online research, networking, referrals).
  • Reach out to leads via cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Present and promote BAI Business Hub’s business support services to potential clients.
  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure excellent customer service.
  1. Marketing & Brand Promotion
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract more clients.
  • Promote BAI Business Hub’s services through social media, events, and networking.
  • Contribute ideas for improving sales and marketing efforts.
  1. Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates.

QUALFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • 1–3 years in business development, sales, or client-facing roles; background in financial or migration services is a plus.
  • Preferably with experience in IT sales, and hands-on exposure to both B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) sales models.
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Proven skills in identifying leads, qualifying prospects, and engaging clients effectively.
  • Adaptable, team-oriented, and detail-focused in dynamic environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; confident in liaising with diverse clients including migrant communities.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and flexible in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
  • Preferably someone that can handle client concerns with patience and professionalism.
