About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join the sales team at Top Alliance. This is a full-time position based in Kapasigan, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline of our company, responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.This role is critical to our business success, as you will directly contribute to customer retention, revenue growth, and the overall reputation of Top Alliance in the market.
Key responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Process customer orders, requests, and transactions accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex matters to appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database
- Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell or upsell products and services to existing customers
- Contribute to achieving customer service targets and sales objectives
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in service delivery
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to support overall company operations
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred
- Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on finding practical solutions
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn about products and services and stay updated on company offerings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and transaction processing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
