Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, be open to fieldwork, and willing to undergo training in rice varieties, pricing, and market trends.

• At least 3–5 years (mid-level) or 5–10 years (managerial) experience in:
• Sales management
• Marketing or brand management
• Business development
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
• Manage sales targets and performance of team
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Oversee marketing campaigns and branding
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Suggest and formulate pricing policies to maximize profitability.
• Ensure pricing is competitive and aligns with company standards.
• Monitor local competitors and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
