Client Acquisition: Target and secure new clients within the region.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with C-level executives and senior IT stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales plan to meet territory targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with solutioning, talent acquisition, and service delivery teams to close deals.
- Lead Generation: Cold call prospects and follow up on warm leads to convert them into sales.
- Proposal Development: Create and present tailored proposals to clients.
- Networking: Attend industry events and networking functions to drive business development.
- Client Familiarization: Understand client systems, processes, and business needs.
- RFI/RFP/RFQ Support: Contribute to customer requests for information and proposals.

- Proven track record in consultative B2B sales
- Experienced in IT services, digital solutions, or strategy consulting
