Job Description

• Works on complex vendor inquiries and resolving the queries in a time bound manner.
• Works on underlying issues and fixing the root cause/s.
• Manage vendor queries via inbound email and outbound calls.
• Maintains customer relationships by responding timely and accurately to both internal (company) and external (vendor directly) questions and requests for information.

• Minimum of 2 years graduate certificate.
• Amicable to taking Inbound and Outbound calls and if necessary work overtime.
• Proficient in the Spanish language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.

PASAY CITY, NCR, FOURTH DISTRICT
