HR SPECIALIST

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven HR Specialist to support and execute key Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate has solid experience in HR operations, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and company standards.

• Manage and maintain employee records, 201 files, and HR documentation.
• Process payroll, attendance, leave administration, and timekeeping accurately and on time.
• Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
• Handle employee relations concerns, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
• Coordinate employee engagement programs, training, and organizational development initiatives.
• Assist in performance management, employee evaluations, and regularization processes.
• Ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code and government-mandated requirements.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation for management.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of solid experience in Human Resources, preferably handling HR Operations, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, statutory benefits, and HR best practices.
• Experience handling payroll systems, attendance monitoring, and HRIS is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with integrity.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
