SALES SUPPORT ASSOCIATE (Entry Level)

Job Summary

This role involves managing the sales pipeline, preparing reports, and providing support for bidding and operational processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

Telemarketing:

• Proactively reach out to potential and existing telecom clients through calls and emails.
• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Promote telecom products and services, emphasizing value and benefits tailored to client needs.

Market Research:

• Analyze telecom market trends, customer demands, and competitive offerings to identify business opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to the sales team for strategic planning.

Sales/Product Presentation:

• Conduct compelling presentations on telecom products, services, and solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure clear communication of product features and benefits.

Sales Reports and Pipeline Management:

• Monitor and update the sales pipeline with accurate data on leads, opportunities, and deals.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and recommend actions to achieve targets.

Sales and Operations Support:

• Assist in telecom-related bidding processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Bachelor's Degree of any Sales or Marketing related courses, Engineering, IT, or Entrepreneur
• Preferably has at least 3 years sales experience in handling corporate accounts; fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Preferably from Telco or Telco Vendor
• Willing to report onsite
