Job Summary

The basic duty and responsibility of the position is to contribute to the delivery of quality and safety of product consistent with the vision, mission and values of Gourmet Food Manufacturing Corporation.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a production line, supervise and monitor production operations, monitor the quality of work, and ensure to deliver maximum quality in a profitable manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervises the daily Production activities in the plant.
2. Conducts routine inspection on processing and production to ensure that the facility

1. Monitors and adjusts manpower schedule of Production Unit as needed.
2. Oversees safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
3. Performs verification of production output according to specifications.
4. Prepares reports on performance and progress and present them to immediate

1. Detects issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
2. Coordinates with other Unit Managers and/or Supervisors concerning quality aspects.
3. Enforces disciplinary actions as may be necessary to Production Staff in accordance

1. Ensures compliance to established GMP, HACCP, Halal, / Food Safety Program.
2. Reports to superior any non-conformances observed that may result to food safety
