As a Sales Support professional, you'll manage customer queries, process purchase orders, support Account Executives with quote creation, and coordinate with vendors and distributors. You'll ensure smooth internal compliance, track renewals, and drive administrative efficiency-empowering global finance operations from behind the scenes.

- Proficient in using Oracle NetSuite
- Manage the Sales Support Mailbox
- Assist customers and Account Executives with creating quotes through ConnectWise, providing ETAs on orders, resolving order queries , and addressing quote and pricing inquiries
- Liaise with distributors and vendors
- Handle administrative tasks including NetSuite opportunity creation, close lost request, quote validation, and PO checks
- Process customer orders and purchase orders
- Assist with compliance and client reporting
- Enter renewal details on NetSuite to trigger reminders
- Manage internal L&M reminders and proactive distributor quotes
- Create and send quotes to customers and Account Executives
- Coordinate with distributors and vendors to discuss renewal upgrades for customer consideration
