Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/College Degree in Business Administration or Business Management .
• At least maximum of 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
• Ability to interview,hire and train staff.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Their duties include supervising staff, facilitating communication throughout a company and developing procedures to make a workplace more efficient.

• Guiding the organization’s activities
• Ensuring a company is operating securely and effectively
• Preparing and reviewing operational reports
• Leading and/or participating in meetings
• Assisting managers in compiling annual budget information and reports
• Maintaining all policies and procedures manuals
• Hiring and training administrative staff
• Delegating tasks to administrative assistants
• Creating personnel folders for new hires
• Monitoring and projecting staffing needs
• Overseeing department budget planning and development
• Managing and maintaining all department databases
• Performing clerical accounting and general office duties as needed
• Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments
• Identifying opportunities to improve a business’ policies or objectives
