JOB 1 (US Tax Preparer)
As a US Tax Preparer, you will be responsible for:
- Client Communication: Use TaxDome and email to proactively coordinate with clients to collect and organize all necessary tax documents for accurate return preparation.
- End-to-End Return Preparation: Independently prepare personal (1040) and business (1120, 1120S, 1065) tax returns for U.S. clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Process Execution: Work efficiently within internal processes and systems to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
- Quality Collaboration: Collaborate with the Senior Tax Manager to ensure returns are review-ready and address any follow-up documentation or adjustments needed.
We are looking for:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience preparing U.S. personal (1040) and business (1120, 1120S, 1065) tax returns.
- Proficiency in tax preparation software (Drake, Lacerte, TaxSlayer, ProConnect, UltraTax, or similar).
- Familiarity with IRS regulations and current tax laws affecting individuals and small businesses.
- Experience using TaxDome (or a similar client management portal).
- Ability to independently complete tax returns with minimal supervision.
- Strong English communication skills, particularly in writing.
- A seasoned, detail-driven professional with deep knowledge of U.S. tax return preparation.
- Proactive in managing communication and timelines with clients and internal teams.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high bar for accuracy and completeness.
- Strong written communicator who is comfortable using online portals and email as primary communication tools.
- Thrives in a remote work environment and is highly self-motivated.
JOB 2 (Bookkeeping VA)
As a Virtual Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Assist potential clients for bookkeeping/finance tasks
- Can have more or less 10 clients depending on demand
- Ensure that data is updated and organized
We are looking for:
- Must be a graduate of any Accountancy-related course
- Has at least 3 months bookkeeping/accounting experience using QuickBooks online
- Or at least 2 years collective experience to any of the following account software: Xero, Peachtree, SAP
- QuickBooks online certification is a PLUS
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
- Can work at the graveyard shift
- Dedicated and wants to grow his/her career
- Perfect attendance is a must
JOB 3 (General VA):
As a Virtual Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Cold calling leads to source potential property sellers
- Admin tasks
- Booking of appointments
- Texting leads (if part of the service requested by the client)
Skills and Attributes:
- Must have at least one (1) year experience working in a BPO company (Voice Account, Sales Background a plus)
- Experience working in the Real Estate Industry is a PLUS
- Cold calling experience is a PLUS
- Acclimate to work at night shifts
