NABUA LAW is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

This role involves providing comprehensive support to our senior attorneys and managing various administrative and legal tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and maintain attorneys' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit legal documents and correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and gather necessary information
  • Coordinate client communications and meetings
  • Maintain and organize confidential files and records
  • Assist with drafting and filing legal documents
  • Handle financial tasks, including billing and invoice processing
  • Support human resources functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Assist with special projects and provide general administrative support as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Experience in financial management and human resources is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in legal studies, business administration, or a related field is preferred
  • With a valid government passport and willing to travel both local and international
