The main responsibilities of a SENIOR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER include:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to create and capture demand through paid and organic digital channels
- Manage and optimize high-performing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, including ad boosting, with a focus on reaching specific client KPIs.
- Lead detailed testing and refinement processes for paid social media strategies for a high volume of clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discover, test, and implement innovative content-boosting techniques and digital strategies across various client verticals.
- Oversee the setup, monitoring, and efficiency of ad campaigns while ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of results.
- Manage relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and budgets while maximizing campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze and present reports on ad performance, costs, and key metrics
- Leverage expertise to optimize campaigns for diverse KPIs, tailoring approaches to meet specific client goals.
- Effectively manage a diverse book of business with multiple clients, ensuring successful campaign execution for each customer.
- Be willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned
To apply, you must have the following requirements:
- 4+ years of overall experience in digital marketing. At least 2+ years experience working for international brands.
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience
- Proven ability to craft engaging, high-performing ad copy with strong writing and communication skills
- Passion and expertise in all things digital. Proven expertise in campaign planning, execution, and optimization across major advertising platforms (Meta Business Suite, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram)
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple large-scale ad campaigns and stakeholders or clients simultaneously, ensuring precise attention to detail
- Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical skills, able to interpret data to inform strategic marketing decision-making
- Extensive knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Meta Business Suite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Preferred experience with Meta reporting tools, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio
