We are seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team at PRO LOGISTIC SOLUTIONS PHIL. INC.'. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient movement and storage of goods, ensuring seamless operations within our full-time, on-site position.

• Coordinating the transportation and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery to customers
• Monitoring inventory levels and managing the warehousing and storage of products
• Liaising with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve any issues or concerns
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient logistics strategies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise supply chain operations
• Providing regular reports on logistics performance and key metrics

• Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain coordination role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Proficient in using logistics management software and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with transportation regulations, documentation, and customs procedures
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment
